The big musical attractions for the Formula One Grand Prix, set to go down Oct. 20-22 at the Circuit of the Americas,  are Justin Timberlake and Stevie Wonder. But on Thursday, event organizers announced plans to program 30 local artists on satellite stages around the track during Formula One weekend.
